Sales Manager - £70k (OTE)

Role: Create opportunities to sell marketing packs to international property developers via telephone, exhibition and face to face presentations. Set targets and budgets for their cost base and the telesales teams. Increase the profile of the company and associated companies.

Education: University of Life.

Location: Home based with international travel expected.

Reporting to: the Managing Director.

Experience: Ideal appointment for a goal orientated sales professional who can sell to high level directors. Languages an advantage, but not essential. A positive attitude and good work ethic will be rewarded with unlimited bonus payments.

Package: Commission only for the first 3 months, after targets met: Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure, fully expensed car, mobile phone, lap top computer & Westfield Health Care.

Telesales - £30k (OTE) - flexible hours

Role: To qualify clients looking to invest in international properties by telephone and email. No cold calling, all clients contact us in the first instance. Arranging inspection trips to view international properties. On occasion to gather clients at exhibitions and follow up leads.

Location: Home based with some national travel (fully expensed).

Duties: Follow up on existing and new leads. Closing clients on inspection trips. Attending UK based exhibitions.

Reporting to: the Sales Manager.

Experience: A telesales pro with no fear of the word "no". Where persistance overcomes resistence.

Package: Generous commission plus override opportunity, with salary after first 3 months, lap top computer, mobile phone and Westfield Health Care.
